Society of the Sacred Advent

  • Quiet mornings

Our Quiet Mornings are held at various times throughout the year, providing a gentle and sacred space for contemplation, reflection, and prayer. Each gathering is led by members of the SSA Community.

We begin with tea and coffee at 9:00am and conclude with a Eucharist at 12 noon. You're warmly encouraged to bring your lunch and stay afterwards to share in fellowship and conversation.

  • Worship

    Friday mornings 9.30am – 1pm

SSA community presence, all welcome to ‘drop in’

The Community gathers on the first Sunday of each month at St Colomb’s Anglican Church, Victoria Street, Clayfield. We begin with hospitality at 3:00pm in the Church Hall, followed by a Eucharist at 4:00pm in the Church. Everyone is warmly welcome.

Four times a year — in March, May, August, and October — the Eucharist is followed by a light meal and a time of theological reflection. Enquirers and those curious to learn more about the Society of the Sacred Advent are especially welcome to stay and join the conversation.
